Buying high-end jewelry online lacks the emotional connection and tactile reassurance of a physical boutique. Standard e-commerce platforms struggle to showcase the intricate detail and customization of bespoke designs. Jewel's initial platform suffered from high drop-off rates: customizers were confusing, loading times were slow, and users couldn't visualize their custom designs under realistic lighting conditions. The goal was to build a clean, unified dashboard where 3D bespoke customization and elegant e-commerce live in perfect balance.
