SeniorCare is an Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform designed for senior living communities and assisted care providers. The platform helps caregivers, nurses, administrators, and support staff coordinate resident care, manage daily operations, and maintain accurate clinical records—all from a single digital workspace. Our goal was to simplify complex caregiving workflows while ensuring critical information remained accessible, accurate, and easy to act upon.
Managing senior care involves multiple teams working together across admissions, assessments, medication management, resident services, incident reporting, and daily care routines. The existing experience required staff to navigate multiple screens, manually search for resident information, and repeat data across workflows. The challenge was to create an intuitive EHR that reduces administrative effort without compromising clinical accuracy, allowing caregivers to spend more time with residents instead of navigating software.
Resident-Centric Experience:
We redesigned the platform around the resident rather than individual modules, bringing medical history, care plans, medications, assessments, appointments, and daily activities into a unified experience.
Workflow-Driven Navigation:
Instead of forcing users to switch between disconnected sections, we created guided workflows that mirror how caregivers actually work—from admission through ongoing care, documentation, and follow-up.
Consistent Design System:
We established a scalable component library with standardized forms, tables, alerts, status indicators, and clinical data visualization, making the platform easier to learn while accelerating future feature development.
