ACG operates in a data-intensive manufacturing environment where machines generate continuous streams of real-time information. While the technology was robust, the experience was not. Teams struggled to interpret data quickly, leading to delayed decisions and reduced operational efficiency. ACG needed an IoT platform that didn’t just collect data—but translated complexity into clarity.

Like many industrial IoT systems, the platform prioritised system capability over human usability.
